Banky W, 2face Idibia, D’Banj, P-Square Listed Among Africa’s Ten Richest Artistes
Nigerian entertainers once more proved
their worth as trail blazers on the continent as Answers Africa listed
Tuface, BankyW, D’Banj and PSquare among Africa’s ten wealthiest
artistes.
BankyW was listed number 9, 2Face Idibia on 7th position, D’Banj came 3rd while PSquare was placed 2nd after Senegalese singer, Youssou N’Dour who topped the list.
About their earnings, Africa Answers wrote that:
PSquare makes more than $150,000 per show. Their Squareville which is located at Ikeja is worth $3 million and as part of their brand support, they also have a 3 years deal with Globalcom; a Nigerian telecommunication company as brand ambassadors where they are paid a million dollars a year.
D’banj, they said, made $1 million dollars when he was paid by a TV station to star on his own reality show called the Koko Mansion. His Atlanta crib was estimated to worth $1.5 million and he reportedly charges on the upside of $100000 per show currently.
Tuface, who just recently painted the city of Dubai red with his exquisite and exclusive wedding, reportedly has a vast investment in real estate across Nigeria, earns around $50k to $80k per show and owns a night club in Nigeria just to name a few.
For Banky W, Answers Africa wrote: “His talent in music has made him one of the richest African musicians. He has been a brand ambassador for Estisalat mobile in Nigeria and is currently the face for Samsung products in the west African nation.
Out of his generous heart, Banky W has started off Mr capable foundation; an education charity organization with the aim to aid in the education of children from poor families.”
Other Africans on the list are Joseph Mayanja popularly known by his stage name as Joe Chameleon or Jose Chameleone from Uganda (10), South African singer/Trumpeter Hugh Masekela (8), Fally Ipupa from DR Congo (6), Salif Keita from Mali (5), Kofi Olomide also from DR Congo (4) and Senegalese singer/percussionist, Youssou N’Dour at the top of the exclusive list.

Boko Haram Has Destroyed 50 Catholic Churches In Borno.
**Out of the 52 catholic churches in Maiduguri diocese, 50 of them have been destroyed.
The Boko Haram has destroyed 50 of the 52 Catholic churches in Maiduguri Catholic diocese of Borno State.
This was revealed by the parish priest of Christ the King Catholic Parish, Kurudu, Abuja, Rev. Fr. Jerome Ituah (OCD) during church service yesterday.
Ituah, who was in Maiduguri during the weekto give retreat to priests and bishop of the diocese, said it was sad to see Catholic faithfulworshipping under the sun and rain because of the level of destruction and harm done by the sect.
“Out of the 52 catholic churches in Maiduguri diocese, 50 of them have been destroyed by Boko Haram. Yet the faithful are not discouraged of their faith. You would always see them worshipping under rain and sun in open places at the site of their destroyed places of worship”.
Ituah however urged the Catholic community in Kurudu to always pray for their Maiduguri counterparts and elswhere in Northen Nigeria where there is no Leadership for God to Intervene.

See what happened when a young 200 Level student of the University of Benin stole aBlackberry Phone allegedly belonging to her girlfriend in BDPA. It all happened when her friend started looking for her BB phone for over 3 hours and could not find it. The girl was later asked if shesaw a BB Phone which deny taking.
While the discussion went on,the phone rang and she refuse picking it, it rang again and again until her friend insisted she pick it, butshe refuse until argument started which led to neighbors coming to the scene. The phone was later discovered and the boys around removed her clothing and started abusing her body and snapping pictures.

U.S President Barrack Obama insists that Catholic institutions, Hospitals and other Christain hospitals must fund and support abortion or his government will shut them down.
